The CABO Board meets three times a year as follows:

• September – Northern California members may host a live gathering
• January – Southern California members may host a live gatherings
• May – Annual General Membership and Board meeting and elections

For several years now the Board meeting participation has occurred via teleconference. Member organizations and guests may request to be invited to observe Board meetings either in-person or via teleconference. All CABO members are welcome to attend or participate via teleconfernce at the annual general membership meeting held during Memorial Day weekend.
